Private sessions for leaders actively responsible for AI implementation.

Upcoming topics are selected around decisions leaders are facing now: operating model design, governance, supply chain resilience, and the movement from experimentation to accountable deployment.

The format: Private virtual discussions beginning in fall 2026 and held approximately every four to six weeks. Each session will focus on one practical implementation challenge and will be limited to a small group of senior participants. The expected session length will be one hour.
